Women Choice X Ahoy CoE Tech Series
CoE has teamed up with Women Choice, an international organization dedicated to empowering women through sustainable initiatives with a network of 15,000 women executives and entrepreneurs across the globe. Women Choice sought a technology partner for their 'Women in Tech Chapter Series.'
This series aims to empower and upskill women SMEs by providing them with the right technological tools to enhance their businesses.
According to Eurostat, 70% of EU SMEs reached a basic level of digital intensity in 2022, compared to 88% of large companies. SMEs are lagging behind in tech advancement mostly due to a lack of knowledge and awareness, especially women-led businesses.
AI Adoption of Women Led SMEs
Our first tech series with Women Chouse launched on 26th February 2025. We had the pleasure of launching the series at the DIFC Innovation Hub alongside Mastercard which brought together leaders in tech and experts in digital transformation.
Leading the workshop on the latest AI tools, Hood Khizer highlighting that it's never too late to get into the AI game and to keep going, even if you fail many times!
Speakers included Dana Kawas, Tania Tasopoulou, Anmah Ajmal, and Nezha Alaoui.

Key takeaways included building purpose-driven businesses (Muneeb M.), using AI for impact and optimization, reducing inefficiencies in industries like fashion (Yasmin Megerisi), and fostering confidence and daily growth (Keltoum Zniber). A fireside chat with Loubna Imenchal emphasized involving teams early to reduce resistance and drive innovation. The event celebrated connection, curiosity, and collective progress.
